Qualifications

• At least 10 years of category experience with Indirect Procurement.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including senior levels.
• Proven leadership, change management and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
• History of negotiation and building stronger supplier relationships to drive value.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Dealing with Taiwan Stakeholders).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sourcing plan (ASP) for the assigned category with a USD 30-50 million spend.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align NA/SEA market requirements with global strategies.
• Lead regional category teams to deliver the ASP and drive value creation.
• Apply a range of sourcing tools (negotiation, e-procurement, tenders) effectively.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide market and financial insights to planning and review processes.
• Ensure compliance with Mars standards and manage supplier performance.
