Job summary

Sunway Marketing Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator to prepare and review import shipping documents, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and coordinate with customs brokers for smooth clearance.

You will track shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and overseas suppliers, and support inventory and finance teams with shipment information and cost reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or similar qualification.
Knowledge in JD Edwards Software is an added advantage.
1-3 years working experience; knowledge in Trading is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain import shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate).
Coordinate with customs brokers/clearing agents for smooth clearance and with overseas suppliers for timely receipt of documents.
Track import shipments and update internal teams on status; coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
Maintain accurate records of import shipments and document archiving for audits; prepare shipment cost reports.
