Job summary

Currie & Brown Group Limited is seeking a meticulous professional to administer the Global Integrated Management System (IMS) and coordinate both external and internal audits across countries. The role requires strong ISO auditing experience, excellent English, and the ability to work with multiple countries to maintain standardized processes.

You will maintain documentation, manage version control, and ensure audit readiness, reporting to the Quality & Compliance function.

Qualifications

• Experience administering management systems and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to liaise with multiple countries and management teams.
• Organized, self-motivated and methodical with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Global Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Yearly review of core documentation, version control and filing.
• Maintain country variations and annual updates.
• Plan and administer external and internal audits across countries.
• Schedule audits month by month and coordinate notifications.
