Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Local authority certifications as required by local authority.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review playbooks and procedures to drive consistency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational and safety risks and develop strategic risk management strategies.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with high-profile stakeholders to identify concerns and solve problems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the account and implement strategic solutions.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and influence others.
• Solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
