Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Customs, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of HS Code classification, customs, import/export, trade compliance, supply chain or project coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of HS Code classification principles and cross-border requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, international projects or multi-country operations preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or similar tools advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead HS Code governance workstreams across JV projects, tracking classifications, SLAs and issues.
• Act as primary HS Code contact for JV Partners, coordinating documentation and timelines.
• Drive New JV project kick-offs with SKU review, classification planning and local coordination.
• Identify recurring issues and drive standardisation across countries to improve quality and visibility.
• Coordinate with GTPC, Product Compliance and Operations to integrate HS Code needs into project execution.
