Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Project Health & Safety Manager based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, to oversee H&S performance across campus builds and operations. You will drive risk mitigation, lead incident investigations, and manage corrective actions with site teams and contractors.

The role requires guiding safety standards, audits, and regulatory filings, with international travel as needed to ensure consistent safety practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of health & safety experience across multi-site operations.
• OSHA 30 required; CSP preferred for leadership in safety programs.
• Experience with data center safety and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain global Health & Safety programs and standards.
• Act as primary H&S contact for assigned data centers and campuses.
• Lead investigations, drive corrective actions, and monitor risks.
• Maintain OSHA logs, regulatory filings and safety documentation.
• Travel to sites to support operational alignment and oversight.
