Job summary

A leading global reinsurance company is seeking a CEO to lead its Family Retakaful operations in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Life (re)insurance, particularly in (re)takaful, and a strong track record of leadership in senior executive roles. Responsibilities include overseeing branch management, business development, and maintaining industry relationships. This position requires strategic thinking and excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on Life (re)insurance and (re)takaful experience.
• Excellent leadership and long-term management experience in senior executive positions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Malaysian Branch.
• Responsible for the profitable acquisition and management of the family retakaful business.
• Lead and manage the Malaysian Branch team.
