Job summary

MIYA GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Guild Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of international guilds from its base in Kuala Lumpur. You will recruit and onboard Chinese-speaking streamer families and agencies across Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and beyond to promote long-term growth of content producers on the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Familiar with trends in overseas voice-based social industry.
• Strong understanding of guild ecosystem operations.
• Candidates with existing guild resources preferred.
• Strong stress management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for daily communication and reading.
• Additional foreign language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking live streamer families and agencies overseas (Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan).
• Promote long-term growth of streamer families and content producers on the platform.
• Explore and implement empowerment strategies for streamer families.
• Work closely with product team to launch new features and operational activities.
• Enhance engagement and revenue for streamer families on the platform.
• Develop and optimize the management framework and operational policies for streamer families.
