Job summary

Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, expand our customer and distribution network, and drive sustainable revenue growth in local and international markets. The role spans business development, digital sales, e-commerce, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.

You will lead strategic initiatives, prepare proposals and plans, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production, Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital Commerce, Commercial Management or Key Account Management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in aerosol, automotive refinishing, paint, coatings, chemical, manufacturing or consumer products is an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, distributor development or international market expansion preferred.
• Strong negotiation, proposal and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of pricing, margins, ROI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market growth targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, corporate accounts and strategic partners.
• Drive business opportunities through e-commerce marketplaces, websites, social media and other digital channels.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers and business partners.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial plans.
• Build and maintain a strong business pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Monitor business performance and digital sales metrics.
• Lead, coach and monitor team members to achieve departmental objectives.
