Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an accounting professional to support global Record to Closing services within our GBS. The role covers payroll accounting tasks, GL month-end closings, and analysis of business results, with involvement in SOX controls and the expansion of GL & Reporting transfer roadmaps.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting, has 3+ years of related experience (preferably in a Shared Service Center), and is proficient with MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree in Accounting.
• More than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Preference for experience from a Shared Service Center.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• Computer literate with MS Office and exposure to SAP.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to work in different time zones (e.g., CET).

• Support Record to Closing services in Global Business Services (GBS).
• Support payroll accounting tasks.
• Support GL month end closing.
• Support analysis of business results.
