Job summary

Proserv in Malaysia is seeking an FPSO Business Development Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand market presence in the FPSO sector. You will identify and secure opportunities across greenfield, brownfield, and life extension, while building long-term relationships with FPSO operators, EPCs, shipyards, and key partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FPSO procurement management or business development.
• Experience in FPSO proposals/sales focusing on Topsides Control, Subsea Control, and Hydraulic power units.
• Ability to travel to meet clients and partners as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual bookings and revenue growth in the FPSO market.
• Develop and execute a global FPSO growth strategy.
• Build relationships with FPSO operators, EPC contractors, shipyards and partners.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across project phases.
• Support tender preparation with technical and commercial content.
