Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor located in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to be the key interface between engineering, operations and business teams. You will drive programs for Silicon devices, Soft-IP and software tools, coordinating with global teams to meet scope, schedule, risks, and resources with clear alignment to requirements.

The role requires strong collaboration, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality FPGA programs on time.

Qualifications

• BS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 5+ years in semiconductor PM roles.
• Experience managing FPGA programs across architecture, design, verification, validation and release.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive FPGA silicon programs through architecture to release.
• Engage global stakeholders to drive execution and issue resolution.
• Translate product requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage schedule, scope, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure delivery.
• Provide regular, clear updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
