LINKK Busway Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead corporate financial reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis. You will partner with Sales, Production and Operations to drive optimized performance and strategic decision-making.

The role requires 6–8 years in FP&A or related fields, with strong Excel, Power BI and ERP experience. Advanced analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent adds advantage.
• 6–8 years FP&A, management reporting, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors is beneficial.
• Multinational group reporting experience advantageous.
• MS Excel advanced, data analysis.
• Power BI and ERP exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and rolling projections.
• Develop models for revenue, profitability and capex.
• Monitor performance vs budgets; explain variances.
• Partner with departments to set targets and budgets.
• Provide variance analysis and management reports.
• Support strategic investments and cost-saving initiatives.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Prepare dashboards and KPI reporting.
