Job summary

Nomupay, based in its Malaysia Shared Services Centre, is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to shape and optimise our global finance technology landscape. You will support Finance teams across markets, driving automation, AI adoption and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on Dynamics 365 Business Central, multi‑entity accounting, and reporting using Power BI and Cosmos. A hybrid work setup is available in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Finance Systems, ERP or Finance technology.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and multi‑entity environments.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Cosmos, Sigma or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the Group.
• Lead Business Central implementations in new markets.
• Manage Finance system configuration, data migration and integrations.
• Build and maintain reports using Cosmos and Power BI.
• Champion AI adoption and automation within Finance.
• Improve Finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Provide system support and training to global Finance teams.
