Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Associate on a contract basis in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will collaborate with VM, Design, Global Merchandising, Creative Development and Marketing to elevate in-store experiences across markets.

The role requires 2–4 years of VM experience, familiarity with women’s leather goods, and strong communication skills. Travel flexibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of visual merchandising experience from a fashion brand, specialty retailer and in-store visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with women’s leather goods and lifestyle categories: bags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of monthly Window and In Store Global VM Guidelines; partner with SEA Merchandising, Marketing and Design.
• Provide visual merchandising support for seasonal showrooms installations and special events.
• Partner with Merchandising, Design, Creative, Production Marketing and Architecture to support Global initiatives related to fixtures, props, graphics, and total product enhancements.
• Support seasonal trend hunting and inspiration research.
• Be an ambassador of the Coach VM philosophy.
• Support the development and rollout of new visual programs and enhancements.
• Support launches of Key Seasonal Initiatives in select flagship locations globally.
