Job summary

Hireon in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Engagement to support the university's international growth and strategic collaborations. You will coordinate, develop, implement and monitor global engagement initiatives with domestic and overseas institutions and other stakeholders.

You will act as a central liaison among internal teams and external partners, ensuring opportunities are assessed, documented, progressed and measured against institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in developing and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and progress strategic opportunities from engagement to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, implement and monitor global engagement initiatives.
• Engage with domestic and overseas institutions and stakeholders.
• Serve as central liaison between external partners and internal teams; report progress and outcomes.
