Job summary

Sicpa in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Customer Projects Deployment & Services team. You will provide IT system administration services to COE teams and global operations, and deploy solutions using Jenkins, Ansible and Terraform.

The role requires 5+ years of DevOps experience, OS administration in Oracle Linux/Windows, and strong automation skills (Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash). Fluency in English is essential and you will collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of DevOps experience in production environments.
Background in service provision in data centers or customer consulting services.
Experience with OS administration (Oracle Linux, Windows Server).
Experience designing system architecture with HA, security and admin complexity.
Experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Experience with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, Git.
ITIL knowledge and familiarity with monitoring tools.
Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide IT system administration services to COE Teams and global operations.
Operate solutions and systems using Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Splunk, GIT, Jira.
Perform security maintenance per global policies.
Deploy solutions and systems using Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform.
Experience with Agile and continuous integration.
Write scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash.
Manage source control including SVN and GIT.
Create and maintain automated deployment tools using Jenkins pipelines.
Work with Developers and Operations to deploy solutions.
Collaborate with global teams around the world.
