CQ Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a DevOps professional to define and optimize DevOps processes, build and manage CI/CD pipelines, and enhance security across development and deployment lifecycles.

You will review code, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers and team members to meet KPIs. The role emphasizes automation, incident management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor/Diploma in CS or related field.
• Experience as DevOps engineer or similar software role.
• Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows or any source control tool.
• Provides Level 2 technical support.
• Understands customer requirements and project KPIs.
• Implements Windows-based development, testing, automation tools, and IT infra.
• Engages in project management activities and teamwork.
• Defines DevOps development, test, release, update, and support processes.
• Reviews, verifies, and validates code.
• Diagnoses and fixes software bugs; performs root cause analysis.
• Monitors lifecycle processes for adherence; improves where possible.
• Promotes automated processes to minimize waste.
• Identifies and deploys cybersecurity measures with risk management.
• Coordinates with team and customers; manages communications.
• Selects and deploys CI/CD tools; builds CI/CD pipelines.
• Drives continuous integration and deployment cadence.
• Mentors team members; fosters problem-solving and collaboration.
• Measures customer experience and KPIs; reports progress.

Responsabilidades

• Define and set development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps.
• Review, verify, and validate project code.
• Troubleshoot and fix code bugs; perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor lifecycle processes; suggest improvements to reduce waste.
• Encourage automated processes wherever possible.
• Deploy cybersecurity measures; perform vulnerability assessments.
• Coordinate within team and with customers.
• Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools; maintain pipelines.
• Mentor and guide team members; foster collaboration.
• Monitor and report on customer experience and KPIs; progress reporting.
