Job summary

Kerry is a global leader in taste and nutrition, seeking a Data and Capability Lead to oversee central master data for the supply chain at its Petaling Jaya hub. The role partners with cross-functional teams to enable strategic material sourcing and reliable supply chain data integrity.

The position focuses on governing master data across SAP ECC, APO and MDG, driving quality, governance and data-driven process improvements, with AI-enabled initiatives to enhance SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management within a Supply Chain environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, APO, and MDG.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and business process management.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and manage data-related projects.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled technologies and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain master data at a central level across SAP ECC, APO, and MDG systems.
• Create, update, maintain, and govern master data records, including finished goods, raw materials, business terms, and transportation data.
• Ensure timely and accurate product creations, extensions, updates, and blocks within SAP and MDG.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all supply chain master data.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and system issues promptly.
• Conduct regular data audits and validations to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Support the implementation and adherence to data governance policies, procedures, and data lifecycle management practices.
