Cochlear is seeking a Data, AI & Systems Operations Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to support the Global Q&R Data, AI & Systems team. You will help maintain portfolio information, coordinate governance activities and improve team efficiency through automation and AI-powered tools.

This role offers opportunities to work on data, AI, digital transformation and portfolio management initiatives within a global, regulated environment. Collaboration across functions and regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, business operations or related roles.
• Experience preparing reports and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Maintain project, portfolio and task information across enterprise tools.
• Support intake processes, governance activities and meetings.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs and reports.
• Track actions, decisions, risks and follow-ups.
• Support governance packs and leadership reporting.
• Improve documentation and collaboration platforms through automation.
