Job summary

Cochlear Malaysia is hiring a Data, AI & Systems Operations Analyst to support quality and regulatory data initiatives globally. You will manage project information, governance activities, and stakeholder communications while leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination or operations, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or technology roles.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project, portfolio and task information across enterprise tools.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and operational reports; track actions and risks.
