Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia is seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our newly established technology centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage releases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Onboarding, Leads, Lending) and work across development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Release Management, Deployment Engineering, or DevOps, with strong SDLC knowledge, change governance, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Engineering, DevOps, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Onboarding, Leads, Lending) OR DevOps deployment experience.
• Experience managing application releases and deployment.
• Experience working with Microsoft platforms and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with change management and release governance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill.
• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skill.
• DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline experience.

• The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support and services.
