Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customs Performance Manager to oversee compliance-driven customs operations in a global context. You will manage performance metrics, coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams, and drive process improvements across regulatory requirements.

You will analyse data, report on KPIs, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and develop strategies to optimise procedures and cost efficiency. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Malaysia.
