Job summary

Roche Malaysia is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead capability development, guide career journeys, and remove roadblocks while driving team performance in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities

People Management: provide proactive feedback and coaching, performance evaluation, and development support.
Service Management: achieve agreed SLAs and operational KPIs, ensuring staffing and quality of service.
Account Management: be the point of contact for assigned sites, conduct reviews, and communicate changes with stakeholders.
Project Management: participate in or lead transitions, coordinate resources, and promote agile/LEAN/ITIL practices.
