Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make or Buy decision: coordinate with Financial Controllers for cost-efficient decisions.
• Competitive Bidding: review offers and ensure cost/terms are justified.
• Source to Pay: raise and approve PR/PO to avoid supply interruption.
• Claims/Rebate: ensure timely invoicing and follow-up with partners.
• Variances: monitor and investigate material variances; drive improvement.
• Cost savings project: identify tolling fee reduction opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Audit/Compliance: monitor processes to ensure Nestlé requirements and audit readiness.
