Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Contingent Workforce Planning Manager to shape global workforce strategies. You’ll lead planning initiatives, partner with TA, HR leaders, procurement and suppliers to ensure talent availability aligns with business needs.

The role demands 12+ years’ experience (or 8+ years with a Master’s) in project/program management, strong analytics, and proven cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work model offered to balance on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead contingent workforce planning initiatives and related projects.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Leaders, Procurement and suppliers.
• Drive workforce forecasting, capacity planning, vendor management.
• Ensure alignment with budgets and organizational priorities.
• Develop scalable solutions to improve contingent workforce processes.
• Provide clear communications for leadership and stakeholders.
