Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Senior Accountant to oversee group financial consolidation and reporting under US GAAP, including month-end close and analytical review of results.

You will partner with FP&A, tax, treasury and auditors, drive system improvements, coordinate with multiple entities, and support SEC-related disclosures and external reporting. A strong background in consolidations, ERP systems, and SOX controls is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• ACCA/CPA qualification advantageous.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, consolidation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results for group reporting under US GAAP.
• Monitor monthly close status across entities and prepare group eliminations.
• Support external reporting, audits, and SOX/compliance activities.
• Coordinate with FP&A, tax, treasury, and business teams to streamline processes.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly SEC filing schedules as needed.
