Job summary

DHL Group seeks a global Head of Public Cloud Security & Compliance to lead a multinational team and ensure secure, compliant, and resilient public-cloud services that scale with business growth. You will drive cloud security strategy, governance, architecture standards, and incident response, while aligning with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and NIS2.

Expertise in Azure and Google Cloud is essential, with governance across AWS and OCI, and strong leadership across Security Operations,

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud security in a complex global enterprise.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into controls.
• Strong leadership across Security Operations, Architecture, and GRC.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud security strategy, roadmap, governance, and control baselines.
• Lead a multinational team across regions and manage capacity and vendor performance.
• Define security architecture standards for cloud platforms and workloads.
• Oversee cloud security monitoring, incident response, and remediation with SOC.
• Ensure ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, NIS2 alignment and audits.
• Guide disaster recovery controls and backup testing with RPO/RTO considerations.
• Drive security in delivery pipelines and infrastructure as code.
