Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Hybrid Cloud Architect with 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and risk/security management. You will design and govern cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid platforms while guiding DevOps and security practices.

The role blends technical delivery with client-facing leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams and Agile-like workflows to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, risk/security management, or tech consulting.
• Proven track record in AWS/Azure migration and architecture.
• Solid enterprise networking, IAM, and cloud security knowledge.
• DevOps workflows, VMware virtualization, and Linux/Wintel administration experience.
• Delivery experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration and architecture initiatives across public and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Design governance frameworks and security controls for cloud environments.
