Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer APAC employee benefit plans in Penang, Malaysia. You will support enrollment, orientations, and communications with vendors and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in HR with emphasis on benefits administration, plus experience with UKG UltiPro and MS Office.

Qualifications

Experience with health & welfare, insurance, and retirement benefit programs within manufacturing or semiconductor industries preferred.
Knowledge of APAC leave regulations and labor laws.
Strong communication, confidentiality and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication with teamwork.
Detail-oriented with project management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day administration of APAC benefit plans and respond to employee inquiries.
Conduct new hire benefits orientation sessions, in-person or virtual.
Assist with benefits enrollment, on-site and virtual briefings.
Coordinate with vendors, insurers, and service providers on communications and updates.
Support benchmarking analyses and surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
Assist with retirement programs including EPF and other schemes.
Oversee leave programs and coordinate with payroll and managers.
Support M&A and harmonization projects related to benefits.
Monitor workers’ compensation and employee insurance claims processes.
