Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of Human Resources experience, with an emphasis on employee benefits administration, leave management, statutory benefits, and employee insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of APAC employee benefit plans and programs.
• Conduct new hire benefits orientation sessions, in-person and virtual.
• Assist with benefits enrollment on-site and virtual briefings.
• Coordinate with vendors, insurers and service providers on benefit communications.
• Oversee leave programs and payroll coordination; support M&A and benefits harmonization projects.
