CAE Inc. is seeking an experienced aviation maintenance professional in Kuala Lumpur to oversee real-time maintenance, manage AOG scenarios, and liaise with OEMs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical aviation experience.
• Engineering degree or EASA/AP license required.
• Experience with aviation maintenance standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor maintenance activities in real-time.
• Manage AOG situations and expedite repairs.
• Liaise with OEM on technical issues.
• Serve as liaison between maintenance, flight crews, CAMO, MRO/Part-145, Flight Ops and Logistics.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and flight crews.
• Troubleshoot and address aircraft defects.
• Track defects and coordinate with clients and MROs.
• Collaborate to solve recurring problems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Source components from approved vendors and manage RFQs/POs.
