Job summary

RGA is a Fortune 200 company focused on life- and health-related solutions. This internship offers valuation support for US GAAP and local statutory reporting, with exposure to experience studies and modelling on Prophet.

You will work under guidance, developing analytical skills and collaborating with a multinational team. Ideal candidates are pursuing actuarial studies or related fields, with at least one actuarial exam completed, strong English, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
Completion of at least one actuarial exam is preferred but not required.
Life insurance/reinsurance exposure or financial reporting experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related database tools (Excel/Access).
Strong written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide valuation support for US GAAP reporting and local statutory reporting.
Support experience studies to review best estimate valuation.
Model key business scenarios on Prophet or simplified approaches.
Assist projections for economic valuation, business planning, and related analyses.
Perform valuation work and contribute to department projects as needed.
