Job summary

Private Advertiser in Puchong, Selangor is seeking a Contract Executive with glass and aluminium experience. You will review designs, prepare budgets, source materials, and coordinate between clients, designers, subs, and suppliers to prepare contracts and reports.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management. Autocad knowledge is preferred and there will be questions on tender submissions, budgeting, and cost estimation during the application.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Bachelor in Quantity Surveryor or Cost Management or related field.
• With Glass & Aluminium experience will be added into advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, BQ and calculations.
• Prepare budgets and submit tender/quote to clients.
• Materials sourcing, negotiation, comparisons and ordering.
• Site visit & update schedule of work progress.
• Assist the site person to liaise with clients regarding all types of reports, method of statement & etc.
• Review subcon claims, change of order & final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to prepare contracts, analyses and detailed reports.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet the tight deadlines.
