Job summary

Integrated Health Plans is seeking personnel in Malaysia to manage LOG communications, request and verify documents from members, clinics and hospitals, and liaise with medical consultants. You will assess LOG requests and issue them within SLAs, and also prepare reports while performing any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, adaptability, and availability for shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
