The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering with 2–5 years' civil construction experience and proficiency in PLAXIS and SLOPE/W, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years' civil construction experience
• Proficiency in PLAXIS and SLOPE/W
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work in Kuantan, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, earthworks, retaining systems, embankments, and slope stabilisations
• Review and interpret soil investigation data to establish geotechnical parameters and recommendations
• Monitor geotechnical instrumentation systems during and post-construction
• Prepare geotechnical design reports, calculations, specs, and authority submissions
• Provide engineering justifications and feasibility studies for foundation and retaining structures
