• Advanced knowledge of geophysical data processing and interpretation.
• Experience with seismic acquisition and processing workflows.
• Ability to interface with customers to discuss processing parameters.

Responsibilities

• Interface consistently with customers and advise them regarding processing parameters.
• Process data using the appropriate technology and software.
• Ensure that processed data is delivered to customers on schedule.
• Define, build and submit test jobs, interpret test results and provide parameter recommendations.
• Validate accuracy and efficiency of testing and production sequences.
• Keep abreast of developments in seismic data processing and data transfer.
• Investigate and report problems during seismic data processing.
• Assist the Project Leader with daily project and personnel management.
• Forecast resource requirements and report project status.
• Archive projects.
