Job summary

Social Multiway Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI-focused engineer to design, develop, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that enhance the capabilities of conversational AI models. You will integrate large language models into mobile and web apps, build robust APIs, and optimize AI pipelines on cloud platforms.

You'll collaborate with product managers and engineers in an Agile environment, leveraging Python for backend work and adhering to scalable architecture.

Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance the knowledge base and accuracy of our conversational AI models.

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing and new applications, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Conversational AI, RAG, LLMs, and mobile development, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
