Job summary

Social Multiway Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Conversational AI Engineer (RAG & Mobile Integration) to design and implement retrieval-augmented generation systems, integrate LLMs, and build robust APIs for AI services with a focus on mobile applications.

You will deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), collaborate with product and mobile teams, and apply Python, data structures, and algorithms to deliver scalable, maintainable features in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying RAG systems for AI models.
• Ability to integrate LLMs into apps and services with scalable APIs.
• Strong backend development using Python for AI workloads.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cost/performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile teams and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in data structures and algorithms for AI workloads.

Conversational AI Engineer (RAG & Mobile Integration)

Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance the knowledge base and accuracy of our conversational AI models.

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing and new applications, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.

Design and build robust APIs for conversational AI services, facilitating integration with various platforms and services.

Collaborate with mobile development teams to integrate conversational AI features into native iOS and Android applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Utilize Python for backend development, AI model implementation, and data processing, adhering to best practices in coding and system design.

Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.

Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in AI and mobile integration.

Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
