Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with nursing processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements and unit goals.
• Hand over reports, follow doctors' orders, and escalate changes in patient condition.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds, reassess care plans, and document progress.
• Maintain contemporaneous nursing documentation and charge equipment and supplies.
• Participate in unit meetings, patient education, and quality improvement activities.
