Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in management or business studies.
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience as a General Manager.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge (HR, accounting, marketing, etc.).
• Skilled in strategic planning and business development.
• Fundraising experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Master/Degree in Management/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role

Strong understanding of core business functions (HR, accounts, marketing, etc.)

Skilled in strategic planning and business development

Experience in fundraising is an added advantage

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics

Familiar with IT systems, business infrastructure, and MS Office

Excellent organizational and leadership skills
