Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, guide teams, optimise processes, and build strong customer and vendor relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in management or business studies.
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience as a General Manager.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge (HR, accounting, marketing, etc.).
• Skilled in strategic planning and business development.
• Fundraising experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies and growth plans.
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, hire, train, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate business, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Drive new opportunities, market expansion, and client partnerships.
