Job summary

Micron Technology in Selangor is seeking a QA Inspector to perform outgoing inspection based on established OSI/OBA procedures and AWS criteria at our Petaling Jaya facility.

You will work with SMT & TEST processes, CTO/product label inspections, and data extraction for performance reports, ensuring documentation integrity and compliance. The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years in semiconductor or analytical labs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in semiconductor or analytical lab.
• Experience with Reliability, Test and FA tools/techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform outgoing QA inspection based on OSI/OBA and AWS criteria.
• Familiar with SMT & TEST processes and CTO/product label inspections.
• Extract data for performance reports and drive closure of defects.
• Verify closure actions and maintain document integrity and compliance.
• Provide shift-level QA support and assist Quality Inspectors.
• Follow safety procedures and support engineers/managers as needed.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches where applicable (Cloud Assist, Code Assist).
