SUPERSIC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a qualified maintenance professional to conduct routine inspections, implement preventive PMs, and support on-site engineering in a high-volume facility.

You will coordinate with engineers and contractors for equipment positioning, oversee safety, and help RCA to minimize downtime, while adhering to strict environmental and 5S standards.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid Chargeman A0 / A1 certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Good practical literacy and professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to comprehend technical SOPs, fill out physical shift logbooks, and brief Chinese contractors/management seamlessly.
• Professional Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional maintenance or field operations experience within a manufacturing plant environment.
• Solid fundamental understanding of pneumatic valves, cylinders, electrical wiring layouts, sensors, inverters, and the fluent capability to read basic engineering drawings, P&IDs, or electrical schematics.
• Highly proficient in operating standard mechanical/electrical testing instruments, including digital multimeters, insulation testers, and specialized manual troubleshooting tools.
• Strong ingrained safety awareness regarding industrial hazards, PPE compliance, and LOTO protocols.
• Fully willing and fit to work rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) and respond flexibly to emergency standby callouts (On-Call).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive daily routine inspections and patrol rounds on facility utility station equipment and log telemetry data.
• Execute annual, monthly, and weekly preventive maintenance schedules, including lubrication, cleaning, filter cleaning, and parts replacement; maintain verification records.
• Respond immediately to unexpected downtimes or alarms; lead troubleshooting and RCA to minimize production disruption.
• Coordinate and assist engineers/contractors in positioning and secondary connections of new equipment.
• Conduct daily sampling, chemical dosing tuning, and water quality monitoring to meet environmental baselines.

Perform comprehensive daily routine inspections and patrol rounds on facility utility station equipment (Chillers, Air Compressors, High/Low Voltage Power Distribution, Water Systems) and strictly log operational telemetry data.

Meticulously execute annual, monthly, and weekly preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, including regular machine lubrication, deep cleaning, filter cleaning, and parts replacement; maintain photographic and paper verification records.
细致执行年度、月度和周度预防性维护（PM）计划，包括定期设备润滑、深度清扫、滤网清洗和易损件更换；维护好现场照片及纸质点检验证记录。

Respond immediately to unexpected utility station equipment downtimes or facility line alarms; lead and assist engineers in active troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to minimize production lines interruption.
对厂务动力设备突发停机或产线警报进行即时响应；主导并协助工程师开展现场故障排查与根本原因分析（RCA），最大程度减少产线停机损失。

Coordinate and assist engineers and contractors in the physical positioning, leveling, and secondary utility line connections (Water/Gas/Electricity) of new production equipment.
组织并协助工程师及外部承包商进行新生产设备的物理定位、水平调校以及水、气、电等动力管线的二次配连接作业。

Perform daily routing sampling, chemical dosing pump parameter tuning, and strict water quality monitoring for cooling towers and process water treatment systems to ensure absolute compliance with local environmental baselines (DOE).
负责冷却塔及工艺水处理系统的每日取样、化学加药泵参数微调与严格水质监测，确保完全符合本地环境局（DOE）的标准。

Manage the full-process on-site supervision of external vendors, including entry registration validation, safety briefings delivery, and executing continuous audits on Tool Hook-up quality.
负责对进场施工的外部承包商进行全过程现场监督，包括入厂登记核对、进行安全技术交底，并持续审计其 Hook-up 的施工安全与合规质量。

Monitor and instantly alert supervisors regarding any abnormal spikes in power or water consumption telemetry; rigorously maintain pristine 5S neatness inside all facility zones, tool areas, and work sites.
监控并及时向主管汇报任何电耗、水耗等能耗参数的异常飙升；严格执行 5S 标准，保持所有动力站房、工具间及作业现场的一尘不染。

Coordinate and manage physical spare parts inventory counts, track consumable logbook updates, and initiate part requisition flows to eliminate repair delays.
组织并管理备件库房实物盘点、记录耗材台账更新，并发起零部件请购申请流程，以防止因缺料耽误维修进度。

Strictly deploy individual Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) isolation protocols and verify a zero-energy state before reaching into any automated machinery for repairs.
在伸手进入任何自动化设备进行检修前，必须严格部署个人上锁挂牌（LOTO）隔离程序，并百分之百验证设备处于零能量状态。

Carry out technical support operations and complete other operational tasks assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.

Job Requirements / 職位要求：

MUST possess a valid Chargeman A0 / A1 certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).

Minimum of 5+ years of professional maintenance or field operations experience within a manufacturing plant environment (Direct exposure inside a Semiconductor Wafer Fab or high-volume Electronics assembly setup is highly preferred).

Solid fundamental understanding of pneumatic valves, cylinders, electrical wiring layouts, sensors, inverters, and the fluent capability to read basic engineering drawings, P&IDs, or electrical schematics.

Highly proficient in operating standard mechanical/electrical testing instruments, including digital multimeters, insulation testers, and specialized manual troubleshooting tools safely.

Strong ingrained safety awareness regarding industrial hazards, personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and absolute self-discipline in enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
