Job summary

Agoda, part of Booking Holdings, seeks a Treasury Specialist FX to strengthen its global FX capability. The role combines hands-on FX execution with project delivery and cross-functional business partnering, supporting daily hedging programs and strategic treasury initiatives.

You will partner with Front Office FX leadership, Accounting, and Product teams, driving hedging standards and regulatory compliance across BKNG entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CFA/ACT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute FX transactions to hedge exposures, fund cash, and support intercompany flows.
• Manage daily hedging with forwards, NDFs, swaps, and options.
• Ensure trades are captured in treasury and ERP systems; liaise with Middle Office.
• Develop understanding of Agoda's FX P&L for Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, and stakeholders.
• Represent Treasury in cross-functional initiatives with Product, FinTech, and Payments.
• Lead or co-lead BKNG Treasury projects and collaborate across groups.
