Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reporting and fund reports (annual, semi-annual and quarterly).
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate and respond to audit queries from auditors and trustees.
• Support timely closure of audit findings and maintain audit trails.
• Ensure fund reporting complies with accounting standards, regulatory guidelines, and trust deeds.
• Support assessment and documentation of accounting treatments and judgement areas.
• Maintain documentation and working papers; support development and standardization of reporting processes, templates and checklists.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to junior team members.
• Share knowledge and participate in team discussions and meetings.
• Attend relevant internal and external training programmes.
• Undertake self-directed reading and research to stay up-to-date.
