This is primarily an editing and post-production role. Approximately 70% of your work will involve video editing, photo editing, graphic adaptation and motion graphics , while the remaining 30% will involve supporting video and photography shoots .
You will work with our creative and client servicing teams to produce content for social media, digital campaigns and other brand communications. You should be comfortable working across multiple client accounts, following different brand guidelines and managing agreed deadlines.
You will also attend client shoots when required, contributing to preparation, filming, photography and on-site production support. This includes travel to client locations and occasional outstation assignments.
The 70/30 split reflects the role overall; the balance may vary depending on scheduled shoots and project requirements.

- Complete technical finishing , including colour correction and grading, audio cleanup, sound balancing, captions and subtitles.
- Prepare content in the required formats , adapting layouts, framing and exports for vertical, square and landscape placements.
- Apply feedback accurately , manage revision rounds and flag unclear instructions or delivery risks early.
- Check your work before submission , reviewing spelling, captions, brand consistency, image quality, audio, timing and export settings.
- Maintain organised project files , with clear naming, version control and accessible footage, graphics, audio and final exports.
Shooting and Production Support — Approximately 30%
- Support video and photography shoots at client premises, event venues and other agreed locations.
- Help prepare shot lists, equipment and production requirements based on the approved brief.
- Capture usable footage and photographs across different formats, including interviews, talking-head videos, lifestyle content, products, events and supporting B-roll.
- Use appropriate framing, composition, camera movement, lighting and audio techniques to achieve the intended visual style.
- Work with the team and client on location to keep shoots organised and ensure the required content is captured.
- Transfer, organise and back up footage and photographs after shoots so they are ready for editing.

- A good eye for composition, typography, colour, pacing and visual storytelling.
- The ability to work across different creative styles while maintaining each client’s brand identity.
- Practical shooting skills, including camera operation and a working understanding of lighting, framing and audio capture.
