Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) invites applications for a full-time Shop Assistant at KK SUPER MART Cyberjaya, Shaftsbury Square. This role focuses on friendly customer service, product assistance, accurate till operations and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.

The position requires reliability and the willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided within our expanding retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
• Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and assist with product selection.
• Stock shelves, price items and ensure attractive displays.
• Operate the till and process payments accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall store presentation.
• Support promotions and help merchandise new product ranges.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store targets.
