KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant for our KK SUPER MART Cyberjaya store in Cybersquare (CSQ). This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean, well-organised store, and assisting customers with product selection.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, good numeracy, and is comfortable using a till. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, and staff benefits plus product discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Comfort with using a till and basic technology; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers.
• Stock shelves and keep areas neatly labelled.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
• Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when restocking is needed.
• Unpack deliveries and place stock appropriately.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with store promotions and set up displays.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
