Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallet transactions securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangements.
• Participate in stock counts, including scheduled cycle counts and random stock take exercises to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

A passionate, customer-focused Retail Assistant / Promoter to deliver an outstanding in-store experience, provide excellent product knowledge, assist customers in making informed purchase decisions, and ensure smooth cashiering operations. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to close sales while maintaining brand standards, supporting store operations, and participating in regular and random stock checks. The ideal candidate will also be adaptable to different promotional events, flexible with working hours, and committed to achieving store objectives.

Key responsibilities

Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements

Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
